1. Show that you value your employees

You need to start distancing yourself from your subordinates, paradoxically, by jointly celebrating your appointment. 2. Talk to everyone privately

Your advantage as a manager is that you know the internal atmosphere in the department very well. Who is friends with whom, who dislikes whom, this is your leverage over the team. Talk personally to each employee and find out what they would like to receive from you. We are talking not only about wages, but also about all sorts of useful little things, for example, the reorganization of some areas of work.

6. Request written reports.
