Sputtering

The colorful pigment can be applied with brushes. A fan style, which any nail enthusiast has, or a fluffy one for shadows, will do.

There are, again, two options for application:

1. The first uses a topcoat with a dispersion layer. Dipping a brush into the jar, powder a little of the plate completely or just a part. Press the decor with your finger and dry.
2. Remove the dispersion layer. Use a brush to “stuff” the flakes very actively, grabbing new portions from the jar, up to three layers. There won't be a mirror effect because the brush will break up the pigment, leaving the art with a charming texture.
