- Beat the yolks in a deep bowl with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Knead the softened butter with a fork, add to the yolks and mix.

- Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Add cocoa to one part through a sieve and stir until it is uniform. chocolate dough. We make 2 koloboks from 2 parts and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- We take out the dough balls and roll each ball out with a rolling pin on a smooth surface. The thickness of the layer is approximately 5-7 mm. Cut out hearts using a cookie cutter.
